Effective September 22, 2026. These terms cover glsconnect.com, GLS Connect workspaces, and the GLS nscapi MCP app in Microsoft 365. If you have a signed customer agreement with us, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these terms.
The service
GLS Connect is a business platform for connecting NetSuite and other systems, running scheduled data movement, and delivering results to workspaces, Excel, and reporting tools. The public site describes the product and collects setup requests. The portal and connectors are available to customer organizations that we have set up.
Accounts and access
Use the service only for a customer organization that has authorized you. Keep your sign-in credentials to yourself. Customer administrators approve users, roles, integration credentials, sync targets, and data-source access. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Get Started on this website asks for a company-domain email. Submitting the form requests a conversation about setup. It does not create a production workspace or grant access by itself.
Microsoft 365 connector
The GLS nscapi MCP app lets a signed-in Microsoft Entra user call GLS Connect tools from Microsoft 365 or Copilot. You may use it only for workspaces and NetSuite data your GLS Connect permissions already allow. Installing or consenting to the app in a tenant requires the authority your organization gives you. Microsoft’s terms also apply to the Microsoft 365 host.
The connector acts on the requests you make while signed in. Do not use it to reach another customer’s data, to bypass workspace roles, or to store secrets in the chat.
Customer data
The customer keeps ownership of the business data it connects, including NetSuite records. You give GLS Connect permission to process that data to provide the features the customer enabled, including sync, reporting, and connector responses. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, the portal, or the connector. That includes attempting to break access controls, probing systems you are not authorized to use, sending malware, overloading the service, or using the service to violate the law or a third party’s rights. We may suspend access that creates a security or legal risk.
Fees and support
Public pages may describe starting prices. Fees, user counts, connectors, hosting, and support hours are set in the customer quote or agreement. Implementation scope follows the deployment plan for that customer.
Intellectual property
GLS Connect, its software, site content, and branding stay ours or our licensors’. These terms give you a limited right to use the service for your organization’s internal business while an agreement or evaluation is in effect. You may not copy the product or offer it as your own service.
Disclaimers and liability
The public website is provided as a description of the product. Connected systems, including NetSuite and Microsoft 365, can change or be unavailable for reasons outside our control. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or loss of data arising from use of the public site. Liability for a paid customer subscription is limited as the customer agreement states.
Ending use
You may stop using the public site at any time. A customer administrator can remove a user’s workspace access and can disconnect the Microsoft 365 app. We may end or suspend access that breaks these terms. Ending access does not by itself delete records the customer agreement says we must keep.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page with a new effective date. If you keep using the site or the connector after that date, you accept the update. Contracted customers remain on the change process in their agreement.
